• Third Allotment List of PG Admission 2024-25 has been published.
  • This allotment list is prepared as per the data entered by the candidate. verification of these data will be done at the time of admission. Any discrepancy in the document/data found at the time of admission, will automatically cancel the admission.
  • All candidates (except SC/ST) whose names are included in the Second allotment list should remit Rs.7110/-(Online payment) and confirm their seat.
  • Those who fail to confirm their seat on or before 09-07-2024, 4.00 PM will be automatically removed from the list and will lose the received allotment as well as the eligibility for admission.
  • SC/ST candidates should remit only Rs.610/- for the confirmation.
  • Those who have paid and confirmed the seat in the First allotment need not pay again.
  • Certificate Verification and Admission will be held on 10-07-2024, 09.30 AM.
  • Students who have confirmed their admission by paying the stipulated fee should report for admission on 10-07-2024, 09.30 AM and pay the balance fee

  1. The print out of the Providence College application form and Allotment Memo (To be Downloaded from applicant log in).
  2. Fee remittance chalan
  3. Calicut University CAPID Print out (If already registered in Calicut University)
  4. Qualifying Certificate /mark list of qualifying examination (Degree) and two self-attested Photocopies of the same.
  5. Transfer Certificate (TC) received from the Institution last studied and two self-attested Photocopies of the same.
  6. Conduct Certificate
  7. S.S.L.C and one self-attested photocopy of the same.
  8. Equivalency/Recognition Certificate from University of Calicut (if applicable).
  9. Candidates who claim bonus/weightage marks shall produce relevant certificates (such as NCC, NSS etc.)
  10. Documents (income and cast proof) for availing fee concession if applicable
  11. Candidates claiming reservation under PwD merit should produce Unique Disability Identity Card (UDID) or Medical Certificate by District Medical Board showing disability above 40%.

**Please keep sufficient number of photocopies of the certificates before submitting the originals to the college for future use, if any. The submitted certificates will be returned only after the completion of the programme or at the time of issuing Transfer Certificate (TC)
